Four Christmases

Ok, I was trapped into going to the Theatre when there was absolutely nothing worth watching. It was a toss up between Bolt and Four Christmases. I was leaning more toward Bolt but we ended up seeing the other movie.

Four Christmases starred Vince Vaughn, Reese Witherspoon, and Robert Duvall. Basically its about an unmarried couple's struggle to visit all four of their divorced parents on Christmas Day. Sounds rather boring, I know. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. It had a lot of unexpected laughs and the ending was priceless. We all came out of the theatre laughing and quote the last few lines of the movie.

So.. if you're stuck with nothing better to do.. or if you just like watching movies. I would recommend this one. It's cute, funny and enjoyable.

I have a problem with Vince Vaughn. I can't respect him. Any new movie that comes out, I'm like, "great, another vince vaughn movie where he plays some sleazy fast dealing guy" and I'm usually right, but I'll be darned if he doesn't play that role perfectly and I don't end up enjoying the movie. I haven't heard about this movie at all, but I might check it out.
